You have memorized so many Solace procedures that the right one occasionally surfaces just in time. Once per session, when the GM describes a situation you face, you may declare you remember a relevant procedure or precedent that gives you an advantage — the official safe-protocol for that world type, the regulation that lets you commandeer that resource, the precedent that grants you authority to make a decision. The GM works the procedure into the fiction; you gain +1 Effective Tier on your next related roll.
